How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data from Manguito Studio's systems, send an email to:
juan.manguitostudio@gmail.com
Subject: Data deletion request
Please include in your message:
- Your WhatsApp phone number
- If you are a client: your business or company name
- A description of what data you want deleted (or simply "all my data")
What We Delete
Once we verify your identity, we will delete from our systems:
- Your WhatsApp phone number and display name
- The message history processed by the bot associated with your number
- Technical logs linked to your number
- If you are a client: your contact and account data
What We Retain
Due to legal and tax obligations, we retain:
- Invoices and payment records, for the periods required by Argentine tax law (AFIP/ARCA).
- The minimum records we are legally required to keep under Argentine law.
Response Time
We process all requests within 30 calendar days of receiving your email. Once the deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email to the address from which you submitted the request.
Data Held by Meta
Data that Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) stores on its own servers must be deleted through the tools Meta provides to its users:
- Facebook Privacy Center: facebook.com/privacy/center
- WhatsApp: Settings → Account → Request account info
Manguito Studio does not have access to data stored directly on Meta's servers and cannot delete it on your behalf.
